This patient in his early twenties from Colorado developed gynecomastia during puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is shown 2 months after surgery. This case illustrates how the areolar reduction is not needed during gynecomastia surgery as the areolas will shrink once the gynecomastia tissue is removed.
