This patient in his late teens presented with unilateral Grade 2B Gynecomastia. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is shown 3 months after surgery. This case illustrates how well the skin can contract once the gynecomastia tissue is excised.
