Our patient from Dallas, Texas in his early twenties presented with bilateral gynecomastia since puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Vitali Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is shown 10 months following surgery. He used his new confidence to lose more than 25 pounds after gynecomastia surgery.
