Gynecomastia Grade: Asymmetric Grade 1
This patient in his early twenties from Dallas, Texas developed asymmetric Grade 1 Gynecomastia aka “puffy nipples” during puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is shown 2 months after surgery. This case illustrates how gynecomastia tissue localized under the nipple creates cone-shaped projection or puffy nipples. With the gynecomastia tissue done, he is happy to report, “Wearing sleeveless shirts is a big thing for me now, it’s very comforting to be able to do that because I never did that before”.
