This patient in his mid 30s from Dallas, Texas developed bilateral Grade 2B Gynecomastia during puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is shown just five weeks after surgery. This case illustrates how the areola shrinks and may darken once the gynecomastia tissue is removed.
