Gynecomastia Grade: Grade 2A
This patient in his late teens from Texas developed bilateral Grade 2A gynecomastia during puberty. He was bullied for his “puffy nipples” and never took his shirt off in front of his peers. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is shown 6 weeks after surgery. This case shows how the areolas shrink once the gynecomastia tissue is excised.
