Description
This patient in his late twenties from Dallas, Texas developed bilateral Grade 3 Gynecomastia during puberty. He sought out multiple plastic surgeons who offered him gynecomastia surgery with free nipple grafts and skin resection with large scars. Thankfully he underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Vitali Azouz’s minimally invasive technique is shown 9 months after surgery. This case is a perfect example of how gynecomastia surgery is transformative. After surgery this patient felt comfortable going to the gym and was able to lose forty pounds.
