Description
This patient in his late 20s from North Dallas developed unilateral Grade 2A Gynecomastia during puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Vitali Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is 6 months after surgery. This case illustrates how gynecomastia can present more on one side of a man’s chest (unilateral) and is more apparent in fit men.
