Gynecomastia Grade: Asymmetric Grade 2A
This patient in his late 20s from North Dallas developed unilateral Grade 2A Gynecomastia during puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is 6 months after surgery. This case illustrates how gynecomastia can present more on one side of a man’s chest (unilateral) and is more apparent in fit men.
