This patient in his mid 30s from Texas developed bilateral Grade 2B Gynecomastia during puberty. He underwent gynecomastia surgery using Dr. Azouz’s minimally invasive technique, and is 3 months following surgery. This case illustrates how the nipple areolar complex shrinks naturally once the gynecomastia tissue is removed.
